4. When are ASM classes?

 Sunday mornings at 9:20 AM and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.

5. How do I sign my child up for ASM events?

Local events: Most local events arranged by signing one of the “sign up sheets”. These are located on the ASM bulletin board as well as in the ASM classroom area. You may also sign up by calling the church office or emailing the ASM secretary.

Out of town trips: Most out of town trips require an up to date medical release, a registration form, and in some cases additional documentation specific to that trip. All forms should be turned in by the deadline to ensure that we are able to make plans to include your teen. These forms are available at the ASM bulletin board, and/or online.

To access the forms for the specific event, go to the event tab near the top of the page and browse the drop down menu for a list of events. Most major events have their own web page with details about the event as well as printable forms. Completed forms should be placed in the ASM deposit box located by the bulletin board, or they may be mailed to the church at 2142 Antioch Pike, Antioch TN, 37013

Payments: Payments should be made by the deadline to ensure your teen’s reservation for the event. Payments may be dropped in the ASM money box or mailed to the church at 2142 Antioch Pike, Antioch TN 37013.
